Wesleyan College Equestrian Western Team traveled to the University of Florida IHSA Show this past weekend.
On Saturday, the Wolves saw 3 riders place in the Western show:
Caty Hogeland on Romeo - 5th Class 12B(C)
Paige Ladd on Lola - 8th Class 11(A)
Charlotte Reagor on Tyler - 6th Class 11(B)
On Sunday, the Wolves also saw placement for the following:
Caty Hogeland on Max - 4th Class 12B(A)
Charlotte Reagor on Rocky - 1st Class 11(A)
Paige Ladd on Freckles - 5th Class Class 11(B)
Coach Baker commented: "The Western Team rode well both days. Although the horses and riders had challenges on Saturday as it was the first Western Show of season, the rode well. On Sunday each rider put in 100% and all returned home in the ribbons for the event. I am extremely proud of their progress over the two-day show."
