Macon, GA- Wolves Equestrian was back in the saddle on September 29th and 30th riding at the IHSA University of South Carolina show. Highlighting the Wolves showing was Whitney McKinley who brought home a blue ribbon on Saturday taking 1st out of a crowd of 13 riders in the Limit Flat Class, While Alma Sheputa won Novice Flat Class on Saturday and Daebron Buie brought home a blue ribbon on Sunday also in Novice Flat class

Saturday:

Whitney McKinley kicked off the show with a bang winning the Limit Flat in a crowd of 13 riders. McKinley continued to ride well placing 5th out of 12 riders in her Intermediate Over Fences class. The Wolves were all over the podium in Novice Flat on Saturday as Alma Sheputa won the class and Emily Evans and Daebreon Buie placed 2nd and 3rd respectively.

Sunday:

Nieve Leyne placed 6th out of 12 riders in the Limit Flat Class. Whitney Mckinley placed 5th in a competitive Limit Flat Class consisting of 12 riders. Josie Scordato had an incredible jumping round in Limit Over Fences and brought home a 6th place finish in a crowd of 13 riders. Josie continued her impressive Sunday earning a third place finish out of 13 riders in Limit Flat Class. Sydney Echols earned a 2nd place finish in her Introductory Flat Class, while Lealia-Joy Boyer competed in her first IHSA competition earning a 3rd place finish in the Introductory Flat Class. Emily Evans placed 2nd in her Novice Flat Class, right behind Daebreon Buie who won the Novice Flat Class on Sunday!

Over the course of the weekend, both Alma Sheputa and Emily Evans qualified to move up to a new division! Also a huge accomplishment.
