The Eagles flew away quickly with Game 1 beating the Wolves 12-1 at home. Madeline Maday of Emory threw a no hitter while her teammates knocked in 12 runs on 13 hits and 7 walks. Valerie Clower takes the loss on the mound in 3 inning pitched.
Game 2 showed a much better effort by Wesleyan, falling this time only 2 to 1. The Wolves had 4 hits by Savanna Boyette, Hannah Allen, Yasnei Llavore and Alana Walker. Clower takes the loss on the mound again, though this time only allowing 7 hits and 2 walks through 7. She also had 2 strikeouts.
