Wesleyan was unable to notch a win at the end of their five game home stand. After a tough loss the previous night, Mississippi University for Women proved to be too much for the Wolves to handle. Alexandra Neal turned in her second straight double double, scoring 13 points with 13 rebounds.
Speaking after the game, Coach Kyle Herring said, "today, they were just so much bigger, faster, and stronger than us. We did hold our own in rebounding again today. We just have to keep our heads down and continue to work. We cant let up as we get closer to the end of the season."
Welseyan will be on the road for three straight games this week beginning with trip to LaGrange College on Wednesday. The game will tip off at 6:00 PM.
