The Wolves took their first loss of the 2021 season tonight against the Hawks of Huntingdon College. Lead by Freshman Ahnila Owens with her double double (12 rebounds/13 points); and Sophomore Jamila Ra-Hashim with 13 points, the Wolves could not seem to overcome the 14 steals from the Hawks' defense. The Wolves' bench was outscored 33-3 in the game as well. 

Wesleyan will be back in action Saturday as the Hawks come to Macon for the second game of the series. The game will be live streamed as no fans are allowed at this time.
