A Pair of Wolves Receive CCS Post Season Recognition

Macon, GA- Two players from the Wolves Basketball program have received CCS recognition with post season awards. Jamila Ra-Hashim has been named to the 2nd team All CCS Team for her dominant offensive play this season, while Gabby Barnwell has been named to the All Sportsmanship Team for the 2022-23 season.

Ra-Hashim had a season for the record books setting the program's single game scoring record with 34 points Vs Agnes Scott on February 28th, as well as the made 3’s in a game record with 8 against Lagrange on January 22nd. Ra-Hashim also broke the 900 career point mark this season while finishing second in the CCS averaging just under 19 points per game. 

Barnwell was a rebounding machine averaging just under 9 boards per game, good for 3rd in the CCS, while also averaging over 8 points per game. An unfortunate injury derailed her season, but she finished strong with a 6 point 15 rebound performance against Agnes Scott to end the year.
