The Wesleyan Wolves traveled to Rome, GA. this afternoon for a Sunday afternoon match-up with the Vikings of Berry College. The Wolves started off strong with a couple of highlight reel saves by Senior Carlee Dykes in the goal. The game was scoreless until just inside the thiry-fourth minute where Berry scored their first two goals before the half.
The second half was all Vikings. Scoring five more goals before the seventy-fifth minute for a final score of 7-0.
The Wolves open conference play this week where they take on 2018 USA South Conference Tournament Champion Piedmont Collegeon Thursday, September 12 at 4:00PM.
