The Wesleyan Wolves traveled to Birmingham, Alabama today to meet the Panthers of Birmingham Southern. The Panthers struck very early with a goal by Gabby Bernal in the third minute. The Panthers would score again off the foot of Sydney Barrow in the 21st minute which was quickly answered by the Wolves with a goal by Nadia Al-Shahabi almost twelve seconds later. That would be all of the offense for the Wolves for the evening. The Panthers would control the offense for the second half of the game winning 5-1.
The Wolves will be back in action at home this Friday when they face Conference opponent, Mary Baldwin on Panoz Field. Game time will be 7:00PM.
