Don Tees was named Head Soccer Coach & Assistant Sports Information Director at Wesleyan College in the summer of 2018. Since joining the Wolves, he has been elevated to Sports Information Director, SAAC Liaison, and Interim Head Tennis Coach in addition to serving as the Interim Director of Athletics for 2 months, while maintaining daily operations for 5 collegiate programs with vacant head coaching positions.

Tees came Wesleyan after spending time at fellow USA South member Huntingdon College as the Assistant Women's Soccer Coach. He was hired in the summer of 2016. During Tees' time at Huntingdon from 2016-2018, he assisted in a complete overhaul of a struggling program. In 2017, the program had their most successful season in their 16 year NCAA era history. After the successful recruitment on 29 newcomers (a program first), the program saw its first winning season in NCAA era history (11-7-1) & most wins of the NCAA era. Records broken and set included the NCAA era program records for most shutouts (9), fewest goals allowed (19), most assists (22) and most points (90) in a season. The team's 34 goals scored during the season were the third most for Huntingdon during the NCAA era and the most since 2004. The program also hosted and won their first postseason match in over a decade, making it to the quarterfinals of the USA South Athletic Conference Tournament. The 2017 season was a follow up to the 2016 campaign that saw the Hawks have their best start since 2011, making it to the conference playoffs to the first time in program history, and breaking a 14 year losing streak to Maryville College.

Prior to Huntingdon, Tees spent 2015-2016 at Rosemont College, where he spent one season as an Assistant Men's Soccer Coach and Director of Operations. While on staff, Tees helped with securing 16 incoming freshmen, the largest recruiting class in program history. He individually worked with a walk-on goalkeeper to a Top-30 National Ranking in saves. He also spent a portion of the year as the recruiting coordinator for the women's lacrosse team and volunteering with Sports Information within the Rosemont Athletic Department.

While in Philadelphia, Tees also had the opportunity to work with Major League Soccer's Philadelphia Union working in their academy training center as an official and coached in their Chester City United (CCU) program in Chester, Pa since 2013.

Tees has worked camps at Mississippi State University, Troy University, Villanova University, University of West Florida, University of West Alabama, University of Mary-Washington, ADIDAS Future 500, Huntingdon College, Rosemont College and various elite club camps. Tees has also served as a varsity tennis coach at Devon Preparatory School, a trainer and goalkeeper coach for Brazilian Technical Training, and as a club soccer coach for the Methacton Fusion.

A 2015 graduate of Rosemont College, Tees earned a bachelor's degree in history with a minor in philosophy. As a student-athlete, he worked in the athletic department, assisting with sports information and gameday operations, which he continued to provide support for upon graduating. As a four-year player for Rosemont, Tees helped with taking Rosemont to the Colonial States Athletic Conference postseason for the first time in program history. In 2012, the program finished as runner-up, losing in the CSAC Final. He was named to the CSAC All-Conference Sportsmanship team in 2013.

Tees is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and is currently pursuing his Masters in Recreation and Sports Science, Concentration: Soccer Coaching from Ohio University. He is the son of the late Donald Tees and Janice Mielcarek and has two sisters, Rebecca and Edna.
