In its first match in official NCAA play in over three years, the Wesleyan Wolves volleyball program faced the Scots of Covenant College tonight. The Wolves, lead by former player and alumnae Malae Fiaseu, were excited to be on the court tonight in their first match. The team of all first year athletes played hard against a well coached Scots team. 

The Wolves could not overcome the 22 attack errors and 17 receiving errors over the course of the match. While the Scots took the first two sets seemingly very easy (6-25; 11-25), the Wolves showed heart and grit going into the third set losing it 17-25.

The Wolves continue their comeback season Tuesday as they take on Piedmont College. Links for live video will be posted as they are made available.
