Douglasville, GA - Competing in the Spelman Invitational at the Boundary Waters Park in Douglasville, GA, senior Ashly Annecchiarico finished eighth overall on the course that Wesleyan will run for the GSAC Championship at the end of October. The Pioneers finished fourth behind Covenant College, Spelman College and Tuskegee.

This was a 6K course, so it was a little longer than our races in the past but it was great practice for our conference meet which is only a month away.""
