Wolves XC got a few races under their belt for a full weekend of cross country meets at the Kennesaw State Cross Country Opener in Kennesaw, GA and the MGA Invitational in Macon, GA .
The Wolves, competed under first year cross country coach WIlliam Ayears, they finished 9th at the KSU Country Opener and 4th in the women's team race at MGA.
Sophomore, Annmary Melndez-Arce was the teams 4K leader with a time of 23:37 at the Kennesaw State nine team meet as the Wolves scored 285 with Georgia Tech winning the meet with a score of 24.
Senior Tihana Zupanic time of 30:17 was the teams top performer at the MGA Invitational 5K long hilly course at MIddle Georgia State University in Macon, GA.
Wesleyan Wolves hit the road again this Friday, Sept 10th to compete at the 3rd GMC Brickyard Invitational in Council, GA.
