WESLEYAN DROPS TWO AGAINST PIEDMONT

MACON, Georgia - Wesleyan softball opened conference play in 2019 with a win against Berea back on March 10th, but it has been an uphill battle since then. The Wolves hosted Piedmont on Thursday and they kept pace in the hits category. Piedmont hit safely 23 times in two games, but Wesleyan delivered 21 hits of their own. Unfortunately Wesleyan's hits only led to 4 runs on the day while Piedmont scored 17 times. Kassidy Hulett went 3-4 in game one while Brianna Collender and Grace Farris added two hits of their own. Hulett had three more hits in game two as did Collender.
