The Wolves soccer team traveled to Cochran, Georgia tonight to take on the Knights of Middle Georgia State in their first match of the season. The Wolves held the match close through the first half only trailing 1-0 at halftime. The defense held the Knights to only six shots on goal for the game. On the contrary, the Wolves offense could not seem to get into a rythm. The Wolves were held to a total of only four shots on goal for the game. In the second half, the Knights' offense had two big goals to ultimately seal the win for a total of 3-0.
The Wolves will travel just up the road to face in-town opponent Mercer University on Thursday.
